Hospitality Works, Inc. is an international foodservice consulting company.
Isidore Kharasch is the President of Hospitality Works, Inc., an operational foodservice consulting and training firm. Kharasch began the firm in 1987 by doing financial turnarounds for restaurant companies in Chicago that were losing money due to poor controls. His clients now include companies that he develops from financials to concept to inception.

Kharasch's programs have been so effective that he has been invited as a guest speaker to the Culinary Institute of America, Roosevelt University, The Nightclub and Bar Show in Las Vegas, The Theme Restaurant & Nightclub Show in Chicago, as well as many other special events for the hospitality industry.

Hospitality Works, Inc. has worked with over two hundred foodservice operations in twenty-four states, Canada, England, Turkey and Pakistan.

Mr. Kharasch is a 1982 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, a veteran of the U.S. Army (Food Inspection/Quality Assurance Specialist) and a former Executive Chef of Harvard University.

Mr. Kharasch also received the Presidential Citation from President Ronald Reagan for "outstanding service to the community and finding innovative private solutions to public problems." In addition, Mr. Kharasch is the President of The Foodservice Professionals Network of Chicago.

Mr. Kharasch is currently an adjunct professor at Kendall College in Chicago and has served as adjunct faculty at Ecole Hoteliere in Lausanne, Switzerland and Lexington College in Chicago. Mr. Kharasch is honored to have served on the Advisory Boards of Kendall College, Lexington College (past President), and Roosevelt University.

Hospitality Works, Inc. has developed operations from small cafes to full line food and beverage departments in some of the largest casinos throughout the country. Hospitality Works, Inc. has consulted for Michael Jordan's, Mike Ditka's, Harrah Casinos, and the world famous Palace Nightclub in Los Angeles.
